Hello - I have not claimed interest on my mortgage for my rental property for tax year 2020-2021 and 2021-2022. I can no longer amend my return for 2020-2021 so can I put all of the interest for both tax years as an amendment to my 2021-2022 return? Thank you.

My understanding is that I can claim for Landlords insurance as an expense - is that correct? Is it also possible to claim for specific appliance insurance e.g. Domestic & General Appliance Care? Finally, can I claim for annual Intruder Alarm Service from Banham? All are solely for the rental property.Thanks
