Self Employed Overnight Allowances
Hi I am a self employed surveyor and my work takes me away, on average, two nights a week. I will leave my home \ office at 6am on Tuesday and generally return home Thursday, depending on traffic, between 5pm-8pm. I live in Bolton and my work involves visiting domestic homes in Greater London to conduct solar panel surveys. I know i can claim hotel and mileage, I am wanting confirmation on meal allowances, can i claim £15 a day for meals with no receipts? or is it £15 a day for Tuesday & Wednesday and £10 for Thursday's? Any help will be gratefully received. Thanks Chris
