RE: HMRC not answering phones, 3rd day and cannot get through to speak on their help line
It takes a long time to finally get through to an agent when phoning HMRC/gov.uk. Most recently, the agent I was put through to seemed inadequate to answer my questions, and only suggested I call back again to speak to someone who was able to help me with my questions. What's the point of having a customer agent who is unable to provide any useful information?
