Sorry wanted to be clear that they will be working in France and Switzerland.

Hi As an employer we are looking to employ a French resident and a Swiss resident to be employed directly by us in the UK. What forms or notifications do I need to make to HMRC ? I presume they will have an NT tax code ? Do they have to apply for UK National insurance number ? What does the new employee have to do with HMRC ? Thanks
