Hello After applying to the self-assessment, i was given the amount I have to pay to complete my tax. However, it was then rejected for the following reason: "We are unable to process your application because the address provided does not match our records." But this is my actual address! It's even the one where I'm being sent letters by HMRC. I tried to call HMRC for hours but to not avail... I was just waiting indefinitevly for an agent to pick up. Can an agent help me...
