Thanks. To be sure - does this count as income, rather inheritance, even if it was not my pension? Who should I get more detailed advice from of this is too complex for the forum?

I am the beneficiary of (half) of my late father's pension fund. He was an EU national, resident and domiciled in the EU, where we have also completed the inheritance and paid inheritance taxes. The money from the pension fund is made out directly to me, but has already been taxed by the fund/country of origin. I am wondering whether these funds are still taxable in the UK?
