Hi, I have my National Insurance number. I've tried to click to the link that you provided to Eric Robinson for changing my national insurance details as I moved and need to update my address. However it fails. Although I've set up an account in the government gateway but could not get further at the stage of identity proof. The identity proof required 2 documents but I've got one (passport only and no credit letter or Ireland driving licence). What am I suppose to update my address? By post (address please) or by email (email address please). Where and how I could update my address? Kindly please advise. Thanks a lot.

Hi, I got my National Insurance number on hand and would like to update my details as I've moved. Where and how I could update my address. By post (postal address please) ? email (email address please)? which department should I contact. Besides, I've tried to update my details through the government gateway but fails. The identity proof could not be passed as it needs at least 2 documents but what I have is only the passport number (no Ireland driving licence and or the credit letter), What am I suppose to do?
