In 2022 I was asked to pay an outstanding amount of income tax for the tax year 2020-2021. I raised a formal query as I have not lived or worked in the UK since 2006. The amount disappeared off my online records when I signed into Gov Gateway a few months later and I noticed that the query was closed. This month I received another letter asking for the same amount for teh tax year 2020-2021. How do I resolve this?
