I have paid the required voluntary NI contributions. I have cked my forecast and it is unchanged, I understand that this may take some time. I will reach stae pension age next month. My question is; will my pension payments commence at a) the full rate or b) at the forecast reduced rate? If the answer is b will the arrears be made up backdated to the startdate of my state pension. Thank you.
