Interest on savings in joint accounts
I understand that banks report interest paid on savings accounts to HMRC. My wife and I have a joint savings account. Is the interest automatically allocated between us for taxation purposes? -
Reporting share dividend income
Do I have to report income from share dividends if it exceeds the annual allowance or is it reported automatically to HMRC?
