  • Unable to report PAYE issue

    I have a very specific issue related to my previous employer not producing a P45 in a timely manner. Having to reach HMRC by phone several times it is currently taking all of your info using the phone bot and then as they are very busy, the message says I may have to wait a while. Thinking I am about to go onto hold There is then a message on data protection info and then it says “thank you for calling, goodbye”. You are then cut off. Really poor. How can we reach someone to discuss what has gone wrong. Is anyone else hearing this ?
