  • My name is displayed incorrectly on my Personal tax account.

    Hi, I recently realized that my name is displayed incorrectly, I have 2 surnames (I am Spanish), and it's missing the first one. My name is correct on my National Insurance Letter, my payslips, and anywhere else, but when not on the portal. I would like to correct it so it shows my name and my 2 surnames correctly. When I click on the change name option on the portal, it's asking for the following questions: - Is this a correction to a change of name you have already told us about? Yes - Has your first name changed? No - Have your middle names changed? No -- Has your last name changed? No - Type of name change A change of the 'known as' name for contact purposes only Is this how I should answer? This is not a legal name change Thank you
