Knowledge EIS forms not actioned by HMRCInvested in two Knowledge EIS schemes in 2020-21. I wanted to carry back relief to 2019-20. By the time that the tax certificates arrived I was too late to amend my 2019-20 return online. Accordingly, I sent in the completed forms by post. One form I sent in Sep 2022 and this still hasn't hit my online account. I resent the form with the form for the second investment in Dec 2022. These claims have not hit my online account. I have multiple calls to the HMRC number and been cut-off each time after giving my personal details waiting for an operator. How on earth can I find out if you have my forms and get an estimate for when they will be actioned? How do I escalate this as a complaint?
