@admin I submitted the tax refund in october 2024. I was told first that in Feb i will receive my refund, then I was told that I will receive it on the 18th of may. I tried calling and nobody answered. My accountant now reached HMRC and they said is going to be October. It's been already 8 months since i am waiting for my money. I rely on these funds and made plans and now I will be in minus on my credit card. Why is this taking so long and what can I do to speed up the process? Thank you
