Hi there. Until March 31st I was able to log into my personal tax account using the post office gov.uk verify option. Since then, this service has stopped working. "You can no longer use GOV.UK Verify to prove your identity." Now that this service is gone, there is no way for me to log in my account as the only option is using the Government Gateway which is asking me for documents I do not possess. Why would you remove the GOV.UK Verify option if it was the only option for someone that does not hold a UK passport, a Northern Ireland driver's license or credit reference? As I was able to use this service just fine for years, I politely ask for an explanation and a solution to my problem. And no, filling out a paper option is not a feasible solution, since on the website you have all the details you need (employer's details, how much they have paid so far, etc.) in seconds.
