Afternoon If an employee has a pension which the company contributes to (not salary sacrifice), and the employee decides to opt in to the company's salary sacrifice scheme, say in the middle of the financial year, can they backdated the application of the salary sacrifice arrangement via a self assessment with HMRC or other means? Thanks
