Foreign inheritance
Hi I received funds in France as beneficiary from a life insurance subscribed by my grand Father who passed away. These funds are not taxable in France under French law. Do I need to declare them on my self assessment and are they taxable if I transfer the funds to the UK?. I am a UK resident. Regards.Matt
