  • Forgot to remove employee from PAYE

    Dear Sir I have a small company and employee a around 10 employees. An employee left a job nearly 3 months ago, I told my accountant but he forgot to remove him and continued him on PAYE, the employee contacted me now and said he is looking for new job but only realised the error when he checked his HMRC app. Is there a way to remove him on backdates? as his tax free allowance is increasing. Thanks
