Doesn't really answer the questions does it, just puts the onus back on the employee for no reason.

Can anyone advise why HMRC would keep changing codes, i.e., removing health care, car allowance etc without anyone asking them too. This is getting really frustrating as employees have to keep calling HMRC to change their codes back.
