I have worked for my employer for 3 days and I got a pay slip which has no PAYR tax and NI contribution. Do I need to report the income and pay by myself by filing this income in self assessment? Thanks!

When I filled in the self assessment tax return, I was asked whether I was employed during the tax year. If my employed was started on end of March and the first salary was paid to my bank account in end of April (ie next tax year) due to payroll schedule of the employer, should I still answer ‘Yes’ even I have no employment salary but the employment actually started in current tax year as the ? Thanks!
