Vat payments lost. Waiting for a refund
So HMRC vat has lost my October payment so sent a letter to me demanding a payment. I paid again thinking I'll call them and sort it out and get it refunded. They lost that payment as well. They are now saying it could take weeks (mid January with all the bank holidays)to refund the £570 they owe me. Come on HMRC vat this is not good enough I'm a small business struggling in this economic climate. If you owe business money pay them within say 10 working days...
