Hi Team I purchased a property in 2010. Property is solely in my name. I have recently got married and would like to allocate 90 to 100% of rental income amd expenses to my wife. 1) is this possible? 2) would I need a deed or trust set up? 2)

When calculating Adjusted Net Income for the purposes of the 30 hours free childcare Can we apply the method 1) Pay number on P60 2) add rental income received (assume you cant deduct any expenses) 3) add saving and dividend 4) Less any GRoss personal pension paid into Thanks
