  • RE: EORI Number

    We are having an issue with the EORI number validation. According to our EORI number would be active by now, however on the EORI checker online ( it is still showing as invalid. The couriers will not deliver shipments as when they check it shows as invalid. We have spent multiple hours on the phone over the last 2 weeks and many emails with but the issue has not been sorted out yet. I don't know what else to do. I telephoned the helpline a few times but they cannot help as the EORI department is email only and that we should keep emailing them with the issue which we did. Can you help?
