Missing C79Hello, I have made an import back in period from June to October 2022 still didn't receive the C79 for the import. The sender form Poland used DPD Polska courier. I investigated why the C79 was not issued and asked DPD Polska to confirm whether the documents on the customs declaration were correctly completed. Unfortunately they confirm that they not used my EORI number. Also now they state that according to DPD UK, it is not possible to change the data in the declaration. Now they suggest that I contact HMRC and apply for a correction based on the original documents issued by the sender of the package. I read on another thread that HMRC may consider alternative evidence to the C79 but that would be at their discretion and depending on the circumstances. Does anyone know where to write to? Please help!
