(1) Log in at Personal tax account: sign in or set up (2) Click "Self Assessment" (3) Click "View payments and credits" (if this exact wording isn't available when you try this, most other links on that page work for me too) (4) There should now be a sidebar "Your HMRC services". Click "View PAYE coding notices". At the time of writing this links to (5) You'll now get a dropdown menu to select the year that you want your notice for.
