Caulking

We want to close a small facility we have in Amsterdam where we rent a rack within a data centre for some servers. These servers were bought and paid for in the UK but taken to EU when UK was part of the EU. We need to bring the equipment back some to be securely scrapped others to be re used in our UK racks. What documentation are we going to need to avoid being stuck at a customs post?
