RE Address proof of last 10 years
Hi
This is not something that HMRC is able provide. I would recommend contacting your landlord or mortagage holder and requesting that they provide a letter confirming your residency at the property. Alternatively you may consider getting in touch with your local council to whom you pay council tax. -

RE Capital gain tax expenditure
Hi
You can claim for the cost of improvements you have made to the property since you became the property owner. Improvements are permanent changes that raise the value of a property, like adding extensions or garages. Normal maintainance costs can not be claimed. In this example replacing a basic kitchen or bathrom with a luxury version would normally be considered an improvement. However, replacing them with something of a similar standard is not normally considered an improvement. -

Hi
It can take up to 6 weeks for your payment of voluntary National Insurance contributions to be reflected on your Personal Tax Account. If you made your payment more than 6 weeks ago and it’s not shown on your Personal Tax Account then you may wish to call our National Insurance Helpline on 0300 200 3500 (from the UK) or +44 191 203 7010 (from overseas) and they will check to see if it’s recorded. You may wish to have details of your payment handy when you call just in case they are needed. -
