  • No access to Self Assessment section as my AGENT is not working for me anymore

    Hello I am currently having issues accessing the Self Assessment section of my account as my AGENT is not working for me anymore. I have contacted HMRC to try and regain access, but the experience was not a positive one. One of the phone operators was very rude and even lowkey racist towards me as soon as she heard my voice on the phone. She was not helpful in trying to regain access to my account and even hung up on me when I asked what questions would be asked to regain access. I have wasted over 4 hours on the phone trying to resolve this issue, only to be treated in such a manner. I have since contacted HMRC again to inquire about the details of my former agent and have all the necessary information, but it still is not enough to gain access to my account. The situation is becoming ridiculous. I am trying to avoid a fine, but it seems like I am unable to gain access to my own account. I hope that someone can help me resolve this issue as soon as possible. Is there anyone who could advise me how to regain access to my slef assessment secoing ? Thank you in advance
