Hi, I have requested National Insurance Contribution statement. I have filled in PDU1 form on 25th of August in 2024. I have received reference number M3C-9NT7-14U from gov.uk team. It’s been 9 months and I still haven’t received any reply from the team. I only was provided with my application reference number. No one contacted me if any other information needed regards my application. Can you please advice ? Can you find out why I haven’t received my U1 letter yet ? 9 months its way too long, I already send 2 physical letters asking about any information. No one replied to those letters. I need U1 form to complete my documents in Lithuania. Thank you for any reply
