State Pension Entitlement in first year you receive State Pension
Can anyone tell me how I calculate the number of weeks state pension I am entitled to when you start claiming it part way through the tax year? The figure pre completed in my tax return is wrong. It doesn’t even represent a complete number of weeks. I have 15 weeks up to 1 April and 16 weeks would take me up to 8 April. Which do I use please?
