  • Self Assessment

    I am due to pay my 2021/22 self assessment tax for 31 of this month. My deadline is within 4 days and I am trying to setup the monthly option to pay the tax as I do not have the sufficient funds to pay all at once. I have checked online and I have been informed to give HMRC a call to discuss the payment plan option. HMRC has put me on hold for 1 hour and 13 minutes only to cut me off on numerous occasions. I do not know what to do and will not be liable for any penalties that may occur.
