Hi there, I understand there are restrictions on dairy based products being brought in from countries outside the EU. I used to purchase hot chocolate from Australia and was wondering whether this item is classified as chocolate and/or confectionary item. I also wanted to know what the exact amount of dairy in product is allowed and what amount is not.
