    I bought house as my principle private residence in 2008. I had a new ensuite (improvement / enhancemement) installed for an estimated cost of £2,000 in 2009 BUT I do not have any receipt or record of payment. Can I still claim an amount as enhancement without back-up documentation? - I cant actually remember exact cost other than it was more than £1,000 but less than £4,000.

    I bought and moved in to a property in 2008 and then moved in with my wife in 2011. Since I moved out in 2011 I have been letting the property out and never moved back in. Can I claim partial PRR for the 36 months I lived in the property as my PRR? If yes, can I also claim for the final 9 months up to date of sale?
