  • Payment Plan Not Updating/Showing in account

    I set up a payment plan online 48 hours ago but My account hasn’t updated and I can’t see the payment plan that was agreed and finalised. I have a screenshot of the page that came up after I finalised it, showing the payment plan reference number. It said i’d receive a letter in the mail with the direct debit confirmation. Should I just wait to reiceve that? I just want to make sure the payment plan is definitely set up as it’s showing I owe a large sum in 3 weeks time, instead of the agreed monthly amount.
