    I provide a service for documents issued in the UK to be used abroad - and only abroad. Once they are processed, they are of little use in the UK, the process is ONLY valid in other countries. Is this VAT-able? Everything I do, is only going to be used abroad. Even if it's delivered to a UK address, it's going to end up being presented abroad somewhere.
