Facing the same thing thing info. Sat here with my passport, driving licence and even the activation code for self assessment but because I can't remember the month of my first return 19-20 years ago I can't pass security. The only way I'd know that is by logging into the gateway which I can't do.

I've changed phone numbers and can't receive the access codes to log in. Any advice about the best way to change it. Thanks
