Hi, I am an employer, I have the same issue with 3 of my employee and I contacted employer help line and all I could do is to check if the FPS totals are matching with the amounts received by HMRC and they are matching. I ask to check why the records are missing for this 3 employees and the response was that I am not allowed to check personal records.
What I have to do as employer to fix the missing records?
Hi, I have few employees that are complaining that they cannot find their taxes for last year and they are constantly harassing us , the finance department, even we contacted HMRC but we weren't allowed to check their personal records. I mention that NI number, address is correct for this employees, they are in FPS and all submissions were successful.
Is there something we can do as employer?
