Net loss but owe tax
Hello I wonder if anyone can help? I am employed (by the NHS) and pay tax through payroll/PAYE. I also have a very small business and make just over the £2000 threshold each year so am required to complete a tax return. This year I have made a loss but on completion of my tax return it is telling me that I owe tax. Can this be right? Thanks!
