I am not resident in the UK for 2022/23 by virtue of the first automatic overseas test (I will have been present in the UK for only 15 days). The only income I have the UK is a small amount of interest on savings. Do I need to fill out a self assessment for this?

I have tried getting a response from HMRC by emailing the non residents help desk but no reply after 4 weeks. I am trying to establish two things: 1. Are public holidays deductible from the reverence period for the third automatic overseas test 2. Are cancelled flights exceptional circumstances for day count Any help and advice much appreciated
