Folks, same issue, have called numerous times to get through as don't want to miss the April, 5th deadline - go through all the questions, then just cut off each time - not even on a que this is extremely frustrating. How do I get an 18 digit number to pay online - seem to just keep going round in circles, but going nowhere - the system must be easier than this ??
