RE: Which amount to convert - invoice amount or Payoneer?
Hi,
You do not need to send them an invoice if this is not self employed work.
Thank you -
RE: Can I buy a property and rent it to myself for business purposes
Hi,
You would need to speak to Corporation Tax to see if this would be allowed.
You may not be able to rent to yourself as a director of the company.
General guidance can be found here:

Hi,
Not all repayments can be claimed online.
If your cheque has been issued we can't reverse this to allow you to claim online.

RE: PAYE Question
Hi,
Please see the answers below in response to your questions:
1) You won't be able to create an online account without an NI number
2) You can check this with our Income tax department
3) The employer will use the information from the Starter checklist to use the correct tax code, they will then send your pay and tax information to HMRC
4) That information is sent digitally to HMRC, again this is something you would need to check with our Income tax department once you have left
5) If no tax has been declared to HMRC as being deducted you would only be liable if tax was due.
If the employer had reported tax and NI being deducted but had not paid it, the employee would not be liable.

Re: received a reminder text message from HMRC for payment already made
Hi,
The texts are automated, if our records indicated you had an amount which would be due by 31/07/2021 you will get a reminder.
Is it possible your overpayment has already covered any amount that would have been due in July?
Thank you -

As a non resident who is not in Self Assessment for another reason, you do not need to complete a Self Assessment return.

Re: Self assessment as a trust beneficiary
Hi,
You do not declare the interim payment as this is not a final payment as the trust has not been wound up.
When it is wound up you will declare all the income then, please note you cannot declare trust income online using HMRC software.
You will either need to submit a paper return or purchase third party software:
Self Assessment commercial software suppliers
We cannot say in advance if you will be due to pay any tax.
Thank you. -
Re: Tax on Foreign Earnings
Hi,
Please refer to our guidance on residency.
As you returned to the UK part way through the year you may be able to claim split year treatment, which broadly means if you are resident and domiciled in the UK that you only declare any foreign income received from when you became UK resident.
