  • RE: Non UK resident for 2024/2025

@Clive Smaldon Thank you so much. This will really help me. Much appreciated
  • RE: Non UK resident for 2024/2025

I was a non UK resident the prior year. The income I received up to June was in 2024 when I returned back to UK. It will be a split year as started my new employment in September 2024 self employed in UK. So, I'll check the RDR3, I assume there must be a form I complete or submit my last US payslip from June 2025 which shows I paid US tax on it. Concerned about having to pay UK tax on it too! Thank you.
  • RE: Non UK resident for 2024/2025

I have a new question. I worked in the US tax year 2023 to 2024. Moved back to UK June 2024, as I was no longer required with the US company. They paid me monthly as an employee, April, May and June 2025 which included severance pay (3 months), I was employed and paid US tax etcon the income. When I do my UK self assessment 2024 to 2025, will I have to pay UK income tax on this too? If not, is there a form I should complete? Thank you.
