    My partner and I are moving to Dubai in April and my partner will continue to work in her current role for the company in the UK. Will this mean that she will be taxed in the UK? She will be on a one year remote visa which will roll on for further years. Also how do we reclaim tax paid in the UK when will he non resident? Is this the P85 form?
