Tier 2 Skilled Dependant Visa Holder
Hi, I want to know can a Tier 2 dependent spouse can start his/her own company in the UK. For ex: The husband is a primary Skilled visa holder and a wife want to starts her own company and be a sole director? I read a lot of literature and it says she is allowed to start a business whilst on dependent visa. Could you confirm? Please help.
