Why is my code 1256L
Hello, I have worked part time for many years and earn below the threshold to pay tax. My code was always 1257L but in the last couple of months it changed to 1256L. My working hours are the same so I don't understand what the change means. I did receive a small salary increase but I am still way below the earnings threshold. Please can anyone explain? Thanks you.
