I'm not really sure. I don't understand. There's just one amount to pay at the end and I pay it. I don't understand why I was paying but now I'm not. If I'd been asked to pay something, I would have paid it. I hate making phone calls. Is there any way to contact them online? -
Suddenly showing insufficient NI contributions on pension record
I've just checked my pension record and it's showing I haven't made the full contributions since the year 2017/2018. I'm self-employed and complete a self-assessment every year and pay the amount shown. I don't know what could have changed in 2018/2019, why I suddenly stopped making the full contributions. Should I be worried or does it take a few years for them to update the record (I'm really hoping it's that)?
