I am unsure whether I need to tick "Services under contracts" question in self-assessment. I am a sole trader working as a counsellor (therapist). I do some work for an Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) and have a contract with them to supply counselling. I give them a date & time when available if I have any spaces in my work schedule, they refer a client to me for 6 weeks counselling. I invoice when the 6 weeks are completed. I also have private clients and have a contract with each of them which is relevant to my practice. I invoice prior to each session.
