We have also sent form FDA 3602A to CT Services FOUR times now and are having an absolute nightmare with it. The form and letter are just not being scanned in. We now have two referrals to the back office chasing up the 'missing' mail. We are repeatedly told the forms have not been received despite us having signed confirmation from a courier or Royal Mail Signed For delivery.... The forms are getting to you but are not going anywhere from there.
The fourth copy sent in was last week and it was sent at the same time as a complaint letter. Posted the using the same post box (on advice from someone we spoke to on the phone). I have called today the the complaint letter has been scanned in but no form!!!
No one can explain to me what the process is or if this form is sent to a specific place for completion. We are simply advised to 'send again', which is beyond frustrating when we have sent the same for in four times since April 2021.
This is now seriously holding up business for our company and we are completely lost.
What can we do? Has anyone else managed to get their completed and signed form back from HMRC? If so, how did you do it.
Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thank you.
