I tried the Self Assessment and I have used the HMRC online services/the official HMRC app, but I cannot pass the identity verification because I haven't the postcode.

Hi, I have submitted the NRF1 in Jan but I haven't received the UTR number in Mar, so I have re-sent my NRF1 in Mar via DHL (DHL showed HMRC received the form on 20/3), but I still haven't received the UTR number, I would like to know when can we receive it? By post or email? Thank you!
