Any chance someone could respond to my post?

Completing a form for a friend, she is now receiving 3 Occupational pensions + Old Age pension 1) Section 9, all her pensions are taxed in Spain, does she answer "yes" or "No", if "yes" how does she calculate amount? 2) 1 pension already has a NT tax code, do the details of that pension need to be included ( if so where) as well as the other 2 pensions she is now receiving ( both are currently taxed in UK, hence the completion of the form) Thanks in Advance
